Seriously, I often feel like I'm the luckiest girl in the world with this job. I have had so many wonderful clients, and wonderful new clients. I feel like I've been friends with these two for ages, but in reality, we just met! I met with them for coffee and we talked about work and dogs. We talked about their wedding and love for video games. (Seriously, we need a video game night you guys!)
Shelby found me on Google while looking for a photographer to take pregnancy announcement photos, and boy am I glad she found me!
Shelby ended up taking advantage of my Milestone Package by booking their announcement session and in-home newborn session all at once, and I can't waaaiiiit to meet their little one. It's kind of crazy to think we just shot their announcement photos, and in just 6 months I'll be meeting their baby!
Shelby and Kyle picked a park out in Rogers, MN. My husband (Bob) and I had gone to check it out the week earlier to find the actual spot we'd shoot because, well it's a very large park and we could literally spend an hour just walking around the park! Bob and I went on a rainy Sunday morning. Shelby and Andrew's session was a Friday evening. I gotta say, I knew it would be a beautiful location, but dang does golden hour light make a difference! At one point I was just dying over how gorgeous the light was--a photographer's dream.
Shelby and Kyle brought their three pups to be a part of their session. I'll let you in on a little secret--I absolutely LOVE when clients want to include their dogs! Shelby's friend came along to help watch the dogs when we weren't using them in photos (always a good idea!).
It was so much fun working with Shelby and Kyle and getting to know them. I know their little one is going to be one awesome kid! <3
